We make this barbecue favorite a breeze. You are the talk of the neighborhood when you leave the roasting to us.
Our trained staff will arrive on your site,roast,display,and serve a fantastic whole hog buffet for your next Business or Family function.
Your fresh pig is SLOW roasted in 250' temp cooker with a blend of hardwoods. These woods add just the right amount of smoke flavor.You'll end up with Mr. Pig having a nice golden brown outside and moist and flavorful inside.
We have several options available for you to consider.

3) PORK-EEZ MIXED GRILL...... We won't roast Mr. Pig on site, but we will bring plenty of parts. We smoke up some fresh pork shoulder and create some great pulled pork right on site. We'll also serve up some pulled Chicken Breast in 'Que sauce as well as some smoked Kielbasa, we'll aslo bring all the fix'ins (CLICK THE LINK ON THE RIGHT FOR DETAILS)
4) THE BIG KAHUNA HAWAIIAN LUAU......The premier Hawaiian luau theme event.A whole roasted pig infused with a blend of tropical juices,rubbed with a blend of seasonings and smoked until fall off the bone tender.
